Unfortunately it isn’t possible to cancel tickets. There are some exceptions:
- In case of a cancelled event
- In case of a rescheduled event
- With a cancellation insurance (and a valid reason to use this insurance)
Sometimes the organizer of an event is forced to cancel or replace an event.
This is an unfortunate situation for all parties involved, and efforts are always made to prevent this from happening. However, sometimes we can't avoid this situation.
If the date or location of the event has been changed, your ticket(s) will stay valid and no further action is required.
For many events you have the possibility to take out a cancellation insurance on your ticket.
Cancellation is possible in the event of serious illness, serious injuries as a result of an accident or death of the insured party or his/her relatives by blood or affinity in the 1st and 2nd degree; pregnancy complications; severe property damage; irretrievable breakdown of marriage; theft, embezzlement or loss or total-loss damage to the vehicle to be used for the trip to the event.
No rights can be derived from this statement. For a complete coverage overview, see the policy terms and conditions (PTO) on our website (cancellation insurance).
We can never advise (re)selling your tickets, but we understand that this can be your only option.
There are several websites which you could use to (re)sell your tickets, but we can't give you any specific websites of which we can guarantee the reliability. The name on your tickets can't be adjusted which, in case of fraude with the tickets, can lead to you being confronted with questions of the department of justice.
We advice you never to sell tickets on the internet, but to limit this to people who are friends or family, so you’re sure there won't be taken advantage of the tickets on your name.
The purchase and sales of concerttickets falls under the exceptionstatement as registered in article 7:46i part 3BW which sees on products which are bound to a specific time. Regarding these products there has been determined that they can't be returned (due to the time bound karakter).
