It is correct that you don't see the tickets (QR-code/barcode) in your account yet and that you didn't receive the tickets via e-mail. For this event the artist and/or promotor requested that tickets will be made visible a few days before the event.

After your order you do receive a confirmation by e-mail and you can see the order in your account. Your tickets are guaranteed at this time.
