The Justin Bieber shows that were planned for 11, 13 & 14th of January 2023, which were postponed to a yet to be determined date, have been cancelled. 

On February 28th, we informed all ticketbuyers per email. If you've not received an email, please check if you purchased the ticket on a different email adress, and please also check your spam folder. 

All tickets for these concerts will be cancelled and refunded within 4 weeks. A refund will be made to the same payment method used when purchasing these tickets. You do not need to take any action to receive a refund. 

Please note: All orders are being cancelled and refunded one by one. If you had multiple orders, you will not receive all refunds at once, as they were purchased seperately, they will also be cancelled seperately. 
It can take up to 4 weeks after the email was sent for all refunds to be processed.
