How do I register for Olivia Rodrigo – GUTS world tour tickets in The Netherlands?

Registration has now closed.

Do I have more of an opportunity to get a ticket the earlier I register?

No. The selection process is random, and registering as soon as the window opens doesn’t increase the odds of getting an access code.

Can I register for multiple event dates?
Within your country you may register for one location and date as your preferred event. If there are multiple event dates on the same location you will automatically register for all of these events. If you have already registered you will automatically be considered for all shows in your preferred city. Fans who are randomly selected and invited to take part in the sale will be notified the day before the sale begins.

Fans may register for other event dates and locations abroad, by visiting the Ticketmaster website from that country.

When does the advance registration sale begin?

The artist advance registration ticket presale starts at 15.00 on Thursday September 21. Only registered fans with approved links will be able to join.

If I receive a code, am I guaranteed tickets?

You can shop for tickets if you receive an access code, but it’s not guaranteed you’ll be able to purchase tickets. They’re available on a first come, first served basis.

How do I access the ticket sale once I get a code?

1. Prior to the onsale time:
   - Sign into your Ticketmaster account in advance. Make sure you know your Ticketmaster password, or reset it  ahead of time.
   - Have your email open with the unique link and access code.
2. When the sale begins:
   - Click the link you were sent at the appropriate time. Only Ticketmaster accounts linked with emails that have been assigned codes can join the ticket sale.
   - Enter your unique access code exactly as it appears in the email you received. This may take a moment to process so please don’t refresh the page during this time.
   - Stay within one browser window during the purchase process. Opening multiple windows or tabs may result in errors.
   - You can purchase up to 4 tickets with your unique access code and only for the show indicated in the email you received.
   

When should I expect my acces code?

Fans who  are randomly selected to participate in the sale will receive a unique access code and purchase link via email in the afternoon on Wednesday September 20

Can I transfer my access code to someone else?

No, codes are non-transferable and should not be shared.

I have access requirements; how do I register for tickets?

Venues determine the availability or types of accessible tickets. Procedures and facilities per venue are quite different. For this venue you can purchase accessible tickets through the regular purchase process. You can select accessible (wheelchair) tickets during your purchase. Every visitor (inclding companions) will need to have their own ticket. There are no free companion tickets available.

What are the age restrictions for the event?

There is no minimum age for this event. For most events, we advise fans under the age of 16 to be accompanied by an adult. Visitors of all ages must be in possession of a valid admission ticket.

I registered and never received my access code?

Registering doesn’t guarantee you will receive a unique access code nor that you will be selected to participate in the sale. Please note, we expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available. A limited number of randomly selected fans will get access to the sale, and others will be put on the waitlist.

There has been incredible fan demand for Olivia Rodrigo's GUTS world tour, and even after the tour added 20 additional dates to meet demand, there are still more fans registered than there are tickets available. As a result, the majority of fans who registered were placed on the waitlist.

If tickets remain, additional fans may be randomly selected from the waitlist for future ticketing opportunities.

I received confirmation of registration but neither a code nor a notification I was put on the waitlist.

Be sure to check your junk folder. To ensure you receive all messages about this sale, ticketmaster@email.ticketmaster.nl should be added to your contacts and safe sender lists.

Why didn’t my access code work?

If you registered and received an access code by email from Ticketmaster, but it’s not working, try checking these things first:

• Make sure the event is on sale. Advance registration access codes are sent out before the event goes on sale but won’t work until the event is actually on sale.
• You must be signed in with the same email address you used to register for the ticket sale.
• You must enter the access code exactly how it appears in your text or email.
• If you used your code to buy tickets already, you may have met the 4 ticket limit. Due to demand, all events have a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets.

Can I enter multiple codes?

No. Only one code can be processed per purchase.

What happens if I’m on the waiting list?

General on sale

The registration presale for Olivia Rodrigo's GUTS world tour has now ended. Tickets will go on sale to the general public Thursday, September 28th at 3PM. Please note that a very limited number of tickets to Olivia Rodrigo's GUTS world tour remain.

Are tickets for this event personalized?
No, tickets for the Olivia Rodrigo – GUTS world tour are not personalized, meaning no identification will be asked upon entry.

Can I buy tickets for someone else?

Yes, you can buy tickets for somebody else. Please note Ticket Transfer will not immediately be activated after the on sale. This means you can’t forward tickets to somebody else immediately.

When will tickets be available in my online account, and how will I access them?

All tickets are mobile tickets and they will be available via your Ticketmaster account and via the Ticketmaster App. Tickets will not be released until closer to the event date. Tickets have a delayed delivery if there is a longer period between the purchase and access to a ticket. It’s used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk.

Beware: it may take a few hours after purchase before your order is displayed in your account. Please check your e-mail for your confirmation.

What are the ticket prices for this event?
Prices are determined by the Event Organizer and depend on artist, event and venue. Prices will not always be published prior to the presale or on sale. In some instances, the Event Organizer price tickets according to their market value. These tickets do not include VIP packages and pricing is subject to change. Prices will appear on the event page once the registration presale has started.

Is delayed delivery active for this event?

Yes, delayed delivery is active for this event. You should be able to access your tickets on your account closer to the event date. We’ll notify you when your tickets will be available in your account, best accessible through the application. 

I can no longer attend the event. Can I resell my tickets?

You can sell tickets via Ticketmaster Resale, which will be active a few days after the on sale. If you can no longer use tickets bought from Ticketmaster, you can list them here for sale.
