The FRIENDS™ Experience can be visited from September 1st to November 19th, 2023 at the NDSM-site in Amsterdam-Noord.
What is the minimum age to visit this event?
All ages are welcome.
Opening hours:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM on selected days
Wednesday: 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Thursday to Sunday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Duration: A visit lasts approximately one hour

Ticket exchange
Tickets are sold per time slot. Are you unable to visit on the chosen date/time slot? Please let us know before the chosen time slot and indicate which date and time you want to exchange the tickets for.
Please note that we can only exchange tickets to available time slots. You can find the available time slots on our website.
If you contact us after your chosen time slot (or very shortly in advance) or if you do not indicate which date / time slot you want to exchange the tickets for, we cannot guarantee that we can still help you.
It is not possible to cancel purchased tickets unless you have purchased cancellation insurance. Please contact the the insurance company if you have purchased an insurance.
