When you have ordered tickets on our website, you will also find your order in your Ticketmaster Account (within 1,5 hours after your order). Possible reasons for your order not being visible in your Ticketmaster Account are;
- It can take some more time (1,5 hours after your oder at the latest)
- You have ordered your tickets with another e-mail address (other account)
- Something has gone wrong with your order
Some fans have multiple online accounts with different email addresses, so make sure you’re signing into the right account or signing out of the wrong account that is stored in your browser or app.
To find your order, look in the Upcoming or Past Event tabs. When you see the order, you can contact Fan Support by clicking Contact Us under the order details.
If you can’t find your order in your online account, please contact Fan Support and include the payment reference in your message. This is a 18-digit code starting with 2 or 3. If you can't find this code, then please send us the reference with the letters JB in the middle, for example 01234567JB12345670106.
If you have used a creditcard or other payment method, please include order date, the exact amount (in euro's) debited and the kind of payment method.
