If you haven't received your tickets within 3 weeks after your order, please inform us about this. Contact us and please include the correct address details and the payment details (number on your bank statement with the letters JB in the middle, for example 01234567JB12345670106) in your message.
Attention: Collector Tickets are an exception and will arrive 3 days prior to the event at the latest. Click here for more information.
Attention delay due to Corona measures:
Due to the current Corona measures we are working from home, Although we can do almost anything from home, printing and sending out tickets isn't possible. This means it can take longer (months) before you will receive your tickets. Of course we will monitor when the event which you have tickets for will take place and make sure you will receive the tickets beforehand.
You should receive your eTickets wtihin 1,5 hours after your order at the latest. Possibly the e-mail with your tickets arrived in your spam or junkmail folder. You can also check your account and download your tickets from there.

Contact us and please include the the payment details (number on your bank statement with the letters JB in the middle, for example 01234567JB12345670106) in your message.
Don't wait too long! Please keep an eye on the delivery times described above. If you didn't receive your tickets within these time frames, please contact us directly. If you are contacting us within 3 days prior to the event, we can't make any promises about getting you your tickets. Besides that, having you tickets will save you a lot of stress!
