My payment has been debited, but I haven't received any tickets yet?

Did you just place your order? Please give it some time. It can take up to 1,5 hours to receive your tickets and/or see the tickets in your account.

If you haven't received an order confirmation or the tickets after 1,5 hours, please check your account. Can't find any tickets here either? Please contact us, so we can check what's going on. Please inlcude the payment details in your message (number on your bank statement with letters JB in the middle, for example 01234567JB12345670106). If you have used a creditcard or other payment method, please include order date, the exact amount (in euro's) debited and the kind of payment method (for example VISA, AMEX. Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, etc. Never mention your account or creditcard number).
