For visitors who are wheelchair bound, there is special platform available for most events. To get access to this platform, you need a special wheelchair/helper ticket.
I would like to order a wheelchair/helper ticket, how can I do that?
This depends on the event you would like to visit. For Live Nation (Mojo Concerts) events you can order this tickets on our website and via our Call Center (0900 300 1250, €0,60 p.m. from The Netherlands / 0031 88 123 24 25, only from abroad).
For other events these tickets can often only be ordered via our Call Center (0900 300 1250, €0,60 p.m. from The Netherlands / 0031 88 123 24 25, only from abroad).
Ordering these tickets on our website works like this:
You have found the event you would like to visit and you click on ‘Find Tickets’. Now you see a seatmap of the venue. Click on the part with the wheelchair icon and select your seats. Finish the ordering process by following the steps s mentioned on our website.
If there isn’t a seatmap available you can first enter the number of tickets you would like. Use the dropdown menu to select ‘Wheelchair/helperseats'. Finish the ordering process by following the steps mentioned on our website.
Every visitor needs his or her own ticket. This means that, for a visitor in a wheelchair and an accompanist/helper, you need 2 tickets. Due to limited availability on a wheelchair platform, each visitor in a wheelchair can only bring 1 accompanist with him or her.
