For visitors who are wheelchair bound, there is special platform available for most events. To get access to this platform, you need a special wheelchair/helper ticket.
I would like to order a wheelchair/helper ticket, how can I do that?
This depends on the event you would like to visit. For most events you can order these tickets on our website and via our Call Center (0900 300 1250, €0,60 p.m. from The Netherlands / 0031 88 123 24 25, only from abroad).
For some smaller venues, you'll need to contact the venue itself. Please see the website of the venue you're visiting for more information.
Ordering these tickets on our website works as follows:
You have found the event you would like to visit and you click on ‘Find Tickets’. Now you see a seatmap of the venue. Click on the part with the wheelchair icon and select your seats.
Finish the ordering process by following the steps s mentioned on our website.
If there isn’t a seatmap available you can select Wheelchair-/helper seats from the Choose Your Tickets section.
If you can't select wheelchair-/helper seat here, please follow these steps:
1. Choose your desired number of seats under Regular, then click on Choose Prices & sections
2. Select Wheelchair-/helper seats and go back
3. You now see you have selected wheelchair tickets, click Find Tickets
4. Continue the ordering process.
Every visitor needs their own ticket. This means that, for a visitor in a wheelchair and an accompanist/helper, you need 2 tickets. Due to limited availability on a wheelchair platform, each visitor in a wheelchair can only bring 1 person with them on the platform.
