The government has decided that events attended by more than 100 people, or where the prescribed corona measures cannot be enforced, can't take place. If the event has definitively been cancelled by the event promoter, we will contact you by email.
We will also contact you if your event is rescheduled. Tickets will likely remain valid for the new date. We understand it’s possible you’re no able to attend on the new dat.
In the meantime, the cultural sector has jointly developed a regulation, supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and the Authority for Consumers and Markets. Organizers are working hard to reschedule events to new dates in which case your ticket will remain valid. If you can’t make it to the new date, the organizer of the event will offer a voucher. If a new date can’t be found, the event will be have to be canceled and the ticket holder will also be offered a voucher by the event promoter.
The best interest of our ticket buyers, event promoters and artists is our top priority. That’s why we support regulation that supports both our industry and offers fair compensation to fans. We therefore hope that many promoter will make use of this arrangement. You'll read exactly how this works furhter down in our FAQ's.
Thank you for your understanding in this exceptional situation.
