If you don't know the order- or customer number, please include your payment details. You can find your details on your bank- or creditcard statement. The number we need includes the letters JB in the middle, for example 012345678JB1234567810106. If you can't find this number, please include the order date, amount debited and your payment method (do not mention your creditcard number).
You can always find your order on your Ticketmaster Account.
If you have etickets, Mobile tickets or Digital tickets, there's no need to download these and you can have the tickets scanned directly from your account at the venue.
