- Our phone lines are opened Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 14 PM. We are not available by phone on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- We cannot help you with questions about events or accounts abroad, please contact the customer service of the country in question.
- It can be very busy by phone, which means it may be too busy to place you in the queue. Submitting a question or request from the order in your Ticketmaster account is the best way to get in touch with us. You will always receive a response before the start of the event.
