The queue does not start untill the official time of sale. It is pointless to load the website hours beforehand. Everyone will be placed (at random) in the queue when the show goes on sale. Being on the website hours beforehand does not gurantee you a better spot.

An error is always possible. Please check your webpage regularly to see if the (temporary) queue circle is moving. If you don't see any movement, your browser is having a problem. Please refresh your browser by pressing F5.
