This error message appears when the payment isn't confirmed to our system straight away due to a delay in the payment platform. Our system will keep requesting the payment confirmation from this platform for one and a half hours. In most cases (over 99%) the payment confirmation will be processed within this time and the order confirmation and/tickets will be send. However, in the small chance the payment isn't confirmed wtihin this time, your order won't be succesful.

Please include the payment reference in your message. This is a 18-digit code starting with 2 or 3. If you can't find this code, then please send us the reference with the letters JB in the middle, for example 01234567JB12345670106.
If you have used a creditcard or other payment method, please include order date, the exact amount (in euro's) debited and the kind of payment method.
