This error message appears when the payment isn't confirmed to our system straight away due to a delay in the payment platform. Our system will keep requesting the payment confirmation from this platform for one and a half hours. In most cases (over 99%) the payment confirmation will be processed within this time and the order confirmation and/tickets will be send. However, in the small chance the payment isn't confirmed wtihin this time, your order won't be succesful.
Please check if you have received your confirmation and/or tickets within one and a half hours. If not, please contact us. Please mention your payment details in your message. You can find this details on your bank statement (long number with JB or JC in the middle).
