We are sorry you have received an error when you wanted to proceed to the payment. There can be 2 causes for such an error:
1. Possibly, you were trying to get your tickets in multiple browsers. No matter how many browsers or tabs you open, because of the cookies on our website, only one of the orders in the open browsers or tabs are reserved for you (the last one you have opened). If you proceed with the browser or tab you have opened before opening a second one, the tickets which are shown in this browser are not reserved for you anymore and you will receive an error as soon as you go forward with a payment, or the system will automaticcally jump to the tickets which are reserved for you in the second browser.
2. Another possibility is a disturbance somewhere in the payment proces which caused it impossible for our system to connect to the payment platform.
Whatever the cause, when you are not able to pay for the tickets, you can't complete the order and the tickets will go back to available for sale. The only thing you can do is to try again.
