If the new password doesn't work, this is because you earlier attempts are remembered by your cookies and/or browserhistory. Delete the cookies and browserhistory:
PC / laptop:
- Open your browser on your screen and press the Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys at the same time
- A pop-up or a new tab within your browser will open/appear
- Search for the settings reagarding your cookies / browser history
- You can sumit for how far in the past you would like to delete these settings (minimum of 1 day)
- Click on OK/Apply/Proceed
- Close your browser completely
- Open the browser and go to My Account sign in page
- Log in with your new temporary password
Tablet or smartphone:
iPhone/iPad
- Go to your Settings
- Go to Safari
- Scroll to Delete history and data
- Press Delete
Android
- Open your browser and press the 3 dots in the upper right corner
- Choose Settings
- Choose Privacy
- Go to Delete Browser history
- Select: 'Cookies and browser history'
- Press Delete data
