That's too bad! If you really can't go, many event promoters offer a voucher for the amount that you’ve previously paid for your ticket(s). You can exchange the voucher for another event held by the same promoter. Your voucher will be issued in credits (value in €) that will be added to your Ticketmaster account. In the unlikely event that you can’t use the voucher within 24 months, you will be entitled to a refund.
Both a request for a voucher and a refund must be done within 4 weeks after the promoter has requested this, or when a rescheduling or cancellation has been announced It is often possible to make a donation to the event promoter / artist as well. You can read here why this can be important.
