We are currently busy integrating the voucher system into the Ticketmaster account. We still need some time to do this properly.
We expect that you can request a voucher somewhere in May, as soon as you have received an email about this. You will in any case be informed proactively as soon as you can request a voucher. From that moment you have 4 weeks to request a voucher.
We expect to be able to place the voucher (credits) on your account from the end of July. From approximately 4 weeks after your voucher application, you will see a status on your account, explaining that your voucher application is being processed. You will be notified when the credits are placed on your account in July.
