Your Collector Ticket will be deliverd by post 3 days before the event at the latest. It isn't possible to receive your Collector Ticket sooner, since this ticket has to be specially printed. However, we will make sure you will receive your ticket(s) in time.

Attention: if you've also ordered other tickets in the same order (for example normal tickets or parking tickets), your other tickets will also be deliverd by post 2 days before the event at the latest. Possibly you Collector Tickets and other tickets aren't delivered at the same time.
