How do I access the Album Pre-Order Presale for the Melbourne, Sydney, Amsterdam and London tour dates?
This presale is exclusively for show dates in Amsterdam, London, Melbourne and Sydney. Fans who pre-order Harry Styles’ new album, will receive a presale code. In order to be eligible for the presale, fans must pre-order the album from Harry Styles’ official store* by Saturday, January 24, 23:59 PM Local Venue Time.

When will I get my presale access code?
If you purchased an album from Harry Styles’ official store, you will receive an email by Sunday, January 25 containing your presale code, and a link to the presale and details of the tour.
How many tickets can I purchase during the Album Pre-Order Presale?
Fans may purchase a maximum of eight (8) tickets per show with their code.
I’ve pre-ordered the album, but I have not received my code yet, why?
You should receive your code by Sunday, January 25. Please check both your inbox and junk mail folders carefully to locate this email. If you have not received this code, please visit Harry Styles’ official site for more information.
The code, along with all the tour details will be sent to the email address that you used when making your album purchase.
My code’s not working, what should I do?
If your code is not working, please check you have typed it in exactly as it appears in the email sent to you and ensure you have not exceeded the ticket limit.
If you’re still encountering issues with your code, visit the artist’s official site to find contact information.
If I order more than one album format, will I get additional codes?
One code is issued per customer. Fans may purchase a maximum of eight (8) tickets per show with their code.
Do I need a code to access the General Onsale?
No, to access the General Onsale, you may join the queue by signing into your Ticketmaster Account.

How do I sign up for the Harry Style’s Artist Presale?
Visit the Harry Style’s Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Sunday, January 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.From their page, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Select the check box for the shows you’d like to join the presale for.
- Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
- Click or tap Sign Up.
- You're all set. Make sure you see the confirmation page to review which of your presales are hosted by us and which ones are hosted by another site
You can edit your selections up until the sign up window closes. We’ll send you an email and/or text message the day before your presales with a link to join.
How does the Harry Styles Artist Presale work?
Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the presales they selected. The day before each of your presales we'll email you a link the day before and send an SMS reminder (US & CA phone numbers only) up to an hour before tickets go on sale.
For presales hosted by Ticketmaster, we recommend joining the waiting room 30 minutes before the start of the sale.
