Info about cancelled / rescheduled events

The promoter of the event determines if service- and administration costs will be refunded. These costs cover the costs that have already been made to make it possible to offer the event, amongst others the costs for the service we (Ticketmaster) provide to the promoter (facilitating the sale of the tickets).  

Among our costs are: costs of the secured ticket stock, system costs, data communication costs, distribution costs, sales costs, personnel costs and banking costs.

Sometimes the organizer of an event is forced to cancel or replace an event.

This is an unfortunate situation for all parties involved, and efforts are always made to prevent this from happening. However, sometimes we can't avoid this situation. 

If the date or location of the event has been changed, your ticket(s) will stay valid and no further action is required.

If you can't attend the event due to the change, you can ask for a refund in most cases by filling in and sending this form to us.

Have you bought tickets, with the Ticketmaster logo, via another way than on our website www.ticketmaster.nl, the contact center or one of our outlets (Primera shops)? Unfortunately we can't refund your tickets in that case.

When an event has been postponed por cancelled we will refund the tickets to the original buyer, on the accountnumber of creditcardaccount which has been used for the purchase.   

We advise you to contact the person who has sold the tickets to you.
