Since our system is configured for the sales of tickets, all parts of your order are seen as tickets. Therefore the number of tickets which is mentioned in the confirmation is the total of items you have ordered. Membershiptickets, upgrades and extra's like gift envelopes, t-shirts, programme books, MP3's, etc. are included in the total number of tickets in your confirmation. We are working on a new confirmation which mentions these items seperately.
When the number of your apartment isn't shown in your confirmation, usually the number is known in our system. In this case the number is noted on the 2nd address line in our system. This address line isn't integrated in the confirmation. We are working on a solution for this issue.
