The minimum age to visit an event depends on the nature of the event and can be different for each event.
The minimum age is determined by the promoter of the event.

 

For concerts there is a general advice which is:
a minimum age of 12 years and children between 12 en 16 years have to be accompanied by an adult.
If you would like to know the exact rules for a specific event, please contact the promoter or location of the event.

Unfortunately, we can’t refund costs for calling our Call Center. When you call our Call Center, the costs for your call are mentioned directly (as is the law). When you continue your call, you automatically accept the costs.

 

Off course we always try to keep the costs as low as possible for our customers, by:

 

-      Mentioning directly for which reasons our Call Center can or can’t help you

-       Special and separate lines for popular on sales, on which we can inform you when a sale hasn’t started yet or an event is sold out

-      Set a limit to the waiting queue

 

Also we are working with professional Call Center software and we are able to plug in extra operators quickly if necessary.

 

When a popular show goes on sale, this can still mean long waiting queues. It is possible that you won’t be able to get through to the queue at all. When hundreds or even thousands of customers call at the same time,unfortunately this is impossible to prevent.

Unfortunately it isn't allowed to bring a stool, chair or something like this to an event. At festivals it usually is allowed to bring a cloth or bag to sit on.

 

If you have standing places for an event, but you can't stand very long, please contact us so we can check if we are able to exchange your tickets to seating places.
