Transaction costs for Ideal and creditcard payments are not charged bij the bank to the customer, but to the company (in this case Ticketmaster). These costs can be charged by the company to the customer. Ticketmaster can, in consultation with the promotor, deside to show these costs seperately or to include these costs in the service costs.

No worries! Sometimes, depending on the device you use, an error can occur. Fortunately 9 out of 10 times, our ticketing system is not hindered by this error. It might take a little longer than you are used to, but you should receive the tickets within 2 hours of ordering. 

No sign of your tickets after 2 hours? Please call us so we can look up your payment and book the tickets manually. 

What if I order two times because of the error? And am now stuck with more tickets then I need?
In this case, we will cancel one of the orders and issue a full refund.
