TICKETS BY POST
Tickets by post will be send as soon as possible and within 2 weeks after your payment. If you haven’t received the tickets within 2 weeks (within 3 weeks for abroad), please contact us. Please note the correct address and the payment details (DRWP number) in your message.
TICKETS BY E-MAIL
Tickets by e-mail will be send within 24 hours to the e-mail address in your account. It’s possible that the e-mail will be moved to your spam or junkmail folder. If you didn’t receive the tickets, please contact us. Please note the correct e-mail address and the details of your payment (DRWP number) in your message.
Please contact us at least 3 days for the event, so we have enough time to send the tickets again.
During your order you can choose if you wish to receive your tickets by post, e-mail or on your mobile (only possible delivery methods are shown).
Unfortunately it isn't possible to change the delivery method after completing your order.
The name on your ticket(s) is only checked when acces control shows that ticket(s) aren't valid. When you have purchased your tickets(s) at Ticketmaster directly we can guarantee the validility of your ticket(s) and the name on the ticket(s) won't be an issue. If you have purchased your ticket(s) at another company we can't guarantee the validility of the ticket(s).
It would be sufficient to mention the barcode, the date, the name of the event and the location on the tickets. However, it regularly occurs that a promoter wishes to mention more information on the tickets, like for example clothing advice, travel advice, etc. Therefore a ticket with A4 format is used. When not all space is filled with information from the promoter, this space is filled with general information or commercial information.
To save ink with the printing of your tickets, we have the following tips for you:
- Print the ticket in black and white (grey values)
- Print the ticket in the lowest quality (the barcode can still be scanned)
By using these tips the usage of ink will decrease considerably.
