Fill out the form as follows:
- Destination: Netherlands
- Start/End date: Date of the event
- Booking date: Date of purchase
- Number of insured persons: Number of tickets
- Total ticket price: The total price of the order
The cancelation insurance can only be purchased by residents of the Netherlands. It is not possible to use the insurance if you live abroad.
