Ready to make some changes?
Sign into your Ticketmaster account and select My Account to get started. Remember, any updates made to your My Account profile (including payment changes) only affect future purchases and won’t impact past orders.
You can update the following information in My Account:
- My Profile -> Profile Details: Update your name, email address and phone number
- My Profile -> Sign in & Security: Add a Passkey or change your password
- My Profile -> Seller Details: Change your bank details so we can transfer money for resold tickets
- My Settings -> Manage Alerts: Add, edit or delete Ticketmaster email subscriptions
Some changes, like updating your password, require you to have access to the email address or phone number used to sign into your Ticketmaster account.
