After your purchase you do receive a confirmation by e-mail and you can see the order in your account. Your tickets are guaranteed at this time.
Delivery information is provided within your purchase confirmation email and on your order in My Account.
If you haven’t received your QR code after the date mentioned in My Account, please delete the cookies (Mobile browser) or Clear App Data (App). You will have to log in again but the problem should be solved.
