Forgot your password? It happens to all of us!
To quickly get back into your Ticketmaster Account, follow these steps:
- Go to the Ticketmaster Account sign in page.
- Type in your email address and select Next.
- Select Forgot Password.
- You’ll receive a text with a one-time code. Type in that code on our site and select Confirm.
- Reset your password
We advise you to immediately change your password to one password of your preference, which may not have any similarities with previously used passwords.
I'm not receiving a temporary password
If you don't immediately receive a new password by email, this may be due to the large number of people currently trying to get a new password. Wait until you receive the email or try again later.
The following tips may also help:
- Check that you entered your email address correctly on our website.
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Sometimes the cookies in your web browser prevent a temporary password from being sent. Therefore, first delete your cookies using Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard, or use a different web browser or an Incognito window.
- If you don't receive the password by email, select "Send a code to my phone number on file."
Where do I change my password?
You can do this under My Profile -> Sign In & Security. Scroll down and enter your new password.
I can't log in with my temporary code/password
The following tips may help solve this problem:
Are you copying the temporary password? Your web browser likely remembers the cookies and/or your previous password from Ticketmaster.nl. Pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard will clear your cache, which will resolve this issue. If this doesn't work, try a different web browser.
Are you typing the temporary password? Make sure you enter certain numbers/letters correctly. For example, a capital i (I) looks a lot like a lowercase L (l), and a 0 (zero) sometimes looks like a letter O.
