You can request a new temporary password via the Ticketmaster website, after which you can log in to your account again. We advise you to immediately change your password to one password of your preference, which may not have any similarities with previously used passwords. You can do this as soon as you are logged in to your account with your temporary password, under "My profile" and then "My contact details" (at the bottom of the page).
If you do not instantly receive a new password per e-mail this might be due to the large number of people trying to retrieve a new password at this point. Please wait until you receive the e-mail or try again later.
