Just placed your order? Please wait a little longer. It can take up to 1.5 hours for the tickets to be sent to your email or to be added to your account.
Some fans have multiple accounts with different email addresses. Make sure you sign in to our website with the correct email address or check the correct mailbox.
Did you enter an incorrect email address or an email address that's no longer in use when placing your order? You can sign in with the (incorrect) email address and your password. If you've forgotten your password, you can click "Forgot Password" and request a code via SMS. The code can be used to sign in again.
E-tickets will be sent to your email address within 1.5 hours. The tickets may have ended up in your spam or junk mail.
Can't find your tickets there either? Check your account to see if they're available there.
1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
2. Tap My Tickets -> Upcoming Events to locate your order.
3. Tap your order and view your tickets.
4. Tap Print to download or print the tickets. This step is optional; you can also scan the QR codes directly from your mobile phone.
Mobile Only Tickets will be added to your Ticketmaster account within 1.5 hours. It's not possible to download Mobile Only Tickets as a PDF or receive them by email/post. After purchasing, you'll receive an order confirmation by email, but please note that the tickets are not attached to this email.

Unsure if you have purchased resale tickets? If you purchased tickets through our resale platform, your order number starts with the letters RE.
Tickets purchased through our resale platform are usually added to your account within 4 hours. However, in some cases, this can take up to 12 hours, for example, during a random check. You will however always receive your ticket well before the event starts.

If there are no tickets linked to a payment, the amount will always be automatically refunded within 3 working days (iDeal). For a credit card payment, it can take up to 2 weeks before this is credited again.
If you haven't received a refund, please contact us, so we can check what's going on. Include the payment reference in your message. This is a 18-digit code starting with 2 or 3. If you can't find this code, then please send us the reference with the letters JB in the middle, for example 01234567JB12345670106.
If you have used a creditcard or other payment method, please include order date, the exact amount (in euro's) debited and the kind of payment method.
Please keep an eye on the delivery times described above. If you didn't receive your tickets within these time frames, please contact us directly. If you are contacting us within 3 days prior to the event, we can't make any promises about getting you your tickets. Besides that, having you tickets will save you a lot of stress!
