When you search for best available tickets, our website shows the best seats that are available at that specific moment. Seats that appear to be “better” may already be temporarily reserved by other customers. If those reserved tickets are not paid for within the given time, they are released and become available again.
We understand that you want the best possible seats. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to exchange tickets once they have been purchased.
