If tickets are sold personalized, this is at the request of the promoter and/or artist. The artist and promoters aim to prevent unwanted ticket sales.

How do I know if tickets for an event are personalized?
If tickets for an event are personalized, this will be indicated on our website in the event information, both before and during your purchase.
During the ordering process, you will receive a pop-up informing you that the tickets are personalized. You will be asked to enter the names of the attendees. If tickets are not personalized/named, this will not be requested.
