The number of tickets in my order confirmation is incorrect?

Since our system is configured for the sales of tickets, all parts of your order are seen as tickets. Therefore the number of tickets which is mentioned in the confirmation is the total of items you have ordered. Membershiptickets, upgrades and extra's like gift envelopes, t-shirts, program books, MP3's, etc. are included in the total number of tickets in your confirmation. We are working on a new confirmation which mentions these items seperately.
