- Cancelled event
Has the event you were planning to attend been cancelled? The amount you paid will be automatically refunded to the bank account or credit card you used to buy the tickets. The amount will be credited to your bank account within 4 weeks. No further action is required from your side.
- Rescheduled event
Has the event been rescheduled and are you unable to attend on the new date? You can submit a cancellation request yourself. Follow these steps to request a refund for a rescheduled event.

- Choose the correct topic and press Continue
Did you not purchase your tickets at Ticketmaster? Please contact the person/company you've purchased the tickets from. We can only refund the tickets costs to the person who purchased the tickets on our website.
