To be able to purchase tickets via Ticketmaster (online and/or by telephone) you need an account. We use accounts to be able to see who has purchased tickets for which event. When there is important information about the event or a change (like a rescheduling or cancellation) we can inform all customers who have tickets for the event. Also, we can only help our customers with questions about their tickets (for example if they are not received or lost) when an account is connected to the order.
In your account you can:
- View your orders / tickets
- Print your tickets (if eTicket)
- Acces your ticket (if mobile only on a mobile device or app)
- Edit your profile
- List your tickets on our resale platform (if available for your event)
- Transfer your tickets
