How and when will I receive Special Tickets?

When Special tickets are send, depends on the event and the tickets. Usually you will receive a confimation voucher by e-mail and tickets and other information will be send later (a few days before the event at the latest). It's also possible to receive the tickets right away and the other information or features will be send later on. Your order confirmation (which you will receive by e-mail within one hour after your payment) will have all the information on when and how your tickets / extra information will be delivered.
