Don't see your ticket among the resale tickets listed online? Check in your account whether the ticket has already been sold.
If this is not the case, check the order in your account to see the price at which the ticket is listed online. The buyer pays service fees, which means the price on the website may be slightly higher than the price at which you listed the ticket.
Have you listed a general admission/standing ticket for sale?
At a concert with both seating and standing options, only the cheapest standing tickets are visible on the seating map.
Open the 'Search for Tickets' tab on the website to see all the resale tickets offered.
