Tickets usually remain available for sale up to 1 hour prior to the event. You will receive an email when your tickets are sold. If you want to remove your unsold tickets before the deadline, you can do so in your account.
Tickets that remain unsold, are still yours to use to attend the event. We don’t issue refunds for unsold tickets (whether they are used or not).
