Ticket Transfer lets you send tickets to others before the event, straight from your Ticketmaster account to theirs. Ticket Transfer is convenient, simple and free and can be done on your desktop or mobile.
Step 1. Sign in to your account and go to My Tickets
Step 2. Open the order and click on 'Transfer''.
Ticket Transfer is not available for all events. If there is no ‘Transfer button’ next to the order, then the option is unfortunately not available for this event.
Step 3. Enter the passcode you received through text message to verify your account.
Step 4. Select the ticket(s) you want to transfer and fill out the recipients information. Click Confirm.
Step 5. You will receive a confirmation email.
If the recipient accepts the tickets, the original barcodes of the transferred tickets are no longer valid..
Step 1. The recipient receives an email stating that ticket(s) have been sent to them. From this email, the recipient clicks on 'Accept ticket(s)'.
Step 2. The recipient logs into their Ticketmaster account and accepts the tickets.
Step 3.The ticket(s) are now available in the recipient's account.
