If you can no longer attend the event, you have the option to sell your tickets to another fan. You can only sell tickets that are purchased through Ticketmaster directly, allowing us to verify their validity.
Listing your tickets for resale does not guarantee they will be sold. Resale typically closes 3 hours before the event starts, but promoters reserve the right to close resale earlier. If your tickets have not been sold when resale closes, the tickets will be returned to your account.
Follow the steps below to sell your tickets
Step 1. Log in to your account and go to My Tickets
Step 2. Open the order and click on 'Sell'
If you see the message 'resale unavailable', it is not possible to list the tickets for resale. See Why am I not able to sell my tickets? for more information.
Step 3. A verification code is sent to the phone number on your account, enter it and click 'confirm code'
Step 4. Select the ticket(s) you want to sell and set the price per ticket. At the bottom it will show the maximum price you can list these tickets for. Click 'Confirm'.
Step 5. Fill out your details and click 'Save seller details'
Step 6. Select the country and currency you want to be paid in
Currency exchange fees will apply if you choose to be paid out in a different currency. You may receive a lower payout than what you sold your tickets for.
Step 7. Select your payment method. Offered payment methods may vary based on the country you selected.
Step 8. Fill out your payment details and click 'submit'
You are responsible for providing correct payment details. If you provide incorrect details resulting in payment to the wrong account, we cannot reverse the payment.
Your tickets are now listed and can be purchased by other fans.
