How do I sign up?
Visit the Artist’s Presale sign up page. If you’re having trouble finding their page, visit the artist’s page on Ticketmaster.nl or check their social media. You can sign up any time before the window closes.
Will signing up for the artist presale guarantee I get tickets?
No, signing up for the presale only allows you to participate in the presales you selected. This doesn't guarantee that you'll get tickets.
How will I know if I have access to the presale?
If you sign up, you'll have access to join the presale. Only fans who sign up in advance can join.
Can I sign up for the presale if the window has closed?
No, once the sign-up window has closed, you can’t join the presale. However, you do have the option to purchase tickets during the general sale at a later time.
Is this presale my only chance to shop for tickets to my event?
You have the opportunity to participate in other presales when available or the general sale. Visit our help center to learn more about the other presale options.
For the best buying experience, make sure you have:

- Your preferred payment method ready.
- Reviewed your email and phone information.
How do I shop during the presale?
The day before each of your presales, we’ll send you an email with a link to the ticket sales. We recommend joining the waiting room 15-30 minutes prior to the event going on sale.
When you’re ready, follow these steps:
- Follow your link.
- Join the waiting room.
- When the sale officially begins, you’ll be given a place in line.
- Once it’s your turn to shop, select your tickets and then proceed to checkout.
Why does my selected presale list two ticketing sites?
Some Artist Presales are hosted across two ticketing sites so you can join the presale on Ticketmaster AND the other site listed.
Why is the presale asking for a code?
If the presale you signed up for is ticketed by another company other than Ticketmaster, there may be a code required to access the presale. You’ll receive this code in an email the day before the presale begins.
