Yes, if you sign in using the same Ticketmaster Account credentials, you’ll have access to your purchases. Tickets transferred or sold before you downloaded the app will still be owned by the recipient or buyer.
If you're having trouble viewing your orders, we recommend completely closing out of the app and reopening it. Otherwise, contact Fan Support for assistance. We’ll need to know if you’re using the new app, your phone or device model and the App Version number, which can be found in your Ticketmaster Account section under Legal in the new app.
