Officially, this is not allowed. However, we understand that there may be situations where having a standing ticket suddenly becomes difficult.
Whether we can exchange your tickets depends on two factors:
- whether seated tickets are still available,
- whether the event organiser gives permission for the exchange.
Please contact us and clearly explain why you would like to exchange your tickets. We’re happy to check what the options are for you.
The cost for exchanging tickets is €9.50 per order.
