We’re sorry to hear that you were hoping for different seats. However, it’s not possible for you to receive tickets other than the ones you paid for.
It may be that at the start of your order you selected a section or category where no tickets were available. In that case, our website informs you that those tickets are no longer available and shows which alternative seats have been reserved for you. During the ordering process, you can also see on the right-hand side which seats are currently reserved for you.
Another possibility is that you used the back button in your browser. If tickets are reserved for you that you don’t want to keep, you can release them by clicking Search again. If you use the browser’s back button, cookies may cause the tickets to remain reserved for you.
Whether we can exchange your tickets depends on whether the seats you wanted are still available and whether the event organiser gives permission for an exchange. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to check if there are any options for you.
The cost for exchanging tickets is €9.50 per order.
