This can only happen if you indicated during the ordering process that you agreed to non-adjacent seats. By default, our website always selects seats next to each other whenever possible.
Of course, we understand that it’s much more enjoyable to sit together during an event. We’re happy to check if there’s anything we can do for you.

If an exchange is possible, the cost for exchanging tickets is €9.50 per order.
