We’re sorry to hear that you can’t attend on the day your tickets are valid for. Whether we can exchange your tickets depends on whether seats are still available on the other date and whether the event organiser gives permission for an exchange.
Please contact us and clearly explain why you would like to exchange your tickets, and let us know which date you prefer. We’ll be happy to look into the options for you.
The cost for exchanging tickets is €9.50 per order.
