What should I do if tickets are personalized, but I don’t know who will join me at the concert yet?

Unfortunately you can’t order a second ticket in this case. When ordering you will need to fill in the names of the individual visitors. Each ticket will have another name.

Some events will have the possibiiy to enter one name on multiple tickets (you have to enter the venue at the same time). The exact rules of the event will be made clear through a pop-up prior to entering the ordering process.
