My personalized tickets show different names
Did you enter a different name on each ticket when purchasing? Then you can enter the event separately. The names on the tickets must match the name on the ID of the person entering the event with that ticket.
For Mobile Tickets, use the Ticket Transfer function to transfer tickets to the Ticketmaster account of the other visitors.
The same name/the name of the lead booker appears on all my tickets.
If the same name appears on all your tickets, both visitors must enter the event together. The name on all tickets must match the name on your ID.
