In order to receive a payment, you need a bank account number to which we can transfer the amount once your tickets have been sold. It is not possible to receive a payout via PayPal or credit card.
After putting the tickets up for sale, you will be redirected to the online portal of our payment provider, Adyen. You can enter your bank account details here.
The payment will be made in the currency in which you purchased the tickets. Please make sure your bank accepts this currency, as the bank may charge additional costs.

If your address is in a country not currently supported by our payment provider we will be unable to process the payment automatically. We’re working hard to change this, so do keep checking back with us. In the mean time, you can resell your ticket and we can transfer the money to your account manually. Enter your bank account details via the Adyen portal and contact us once your ticket has been sold.
